Wangui Kinyua
Hello! I'm Wangui Kinyua, a Communication and Advocacy Specialist with a BA in Mass Communication (Electronic Media) and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy, Development, and International Security. I currently work at Kinyua & Maingi Advocates, where I support communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. My career journey also includes transformative work at Kenya National Commission for UNESCO, focusing on media literacy, freedom of expression, and the integration of digital technologies in communication programmes.
I am a passionate advocate for gender equality, human rights, global ethics, and peacebuilding. I thrive on collaborating with diverse stakeholders to amplify voices, promote responsible dialogue, and advance social justice causes. Beyond my professional work, I enjoy immersive reading, exploring new cultures through travel, and channeling my skills and energy into initiatives that foster sustainable development, equity, and inclusive communities.
